At DEMENGE, every creation is a limited-edition artwork, crafted with precision, signed, and individually numbered. As such, each piece is treated as a collectible object of art rather than a standard commercial product.

Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. This policy ensures the integrity, authenticity, and value of each limited-edition artwork.

Damages & Issues
Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. However, in the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Page. Include your order number, photos of the packaging and the artwork, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the case and, if applicable, arrange for repair, replacement (if an edition is still available), or a refund at our discretion. All decisions are final and subject to verification.

Authenticity & Documentation
Every DEMENGE artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and edition documentation. Please retain these documents as they validate your ownership and the collectible status of your piece.

Limited Editions
Due to the scarcity and exclusivity of our works, availability is strictly limited. Once an edition is sold out, no additional reproductions will be made.
