Processing & Handling
All limited-edition artworks are prepared and packed by hand. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Due to the bespoke nature of our packaging and certification process, slight delays may occur during periods of high demand. Should there be any significant delay, our team will notify you directly via email.
Insured Delivery
Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches your destination. We partner with trusted art-handling couriers to ensure safe and professional transport.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details that will become active within 24 hours.
Packaging & Presentation
Each artwork is securely encased in custom protective materials and accompanied by its Certificate of Authenticity. We encourage collectors to retain all packaging for archival or resale purposes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Damages & Claims
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Page. Include clear photos of the packaging, the artwork, and the edition certificate. Our team will assist in arranging an insurance claim, repair, or replacement if applicable.
Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been fully resolved.
